Such a shame this place is temporarily closed. I use to go to the abbeydale road one and it was amazing. You could leave your trouble at the door. The organisers were extremely welcoming , understanding, caring , knowledgeable. They treated everyone like family. Everyone was welcome no matter who you were . I believe they didn’t have enough funding and moved to town to attract more people . Sahaja yoga helped myself , mother and sister a lot. I’m very thankful to the practice and the group of people who shared this with me.

Wonderfully warm and welcoming programmes with lots of meditation, sharing and free information for everyone who would like to come. There is no charge and just a sense of enjoying this amazing experience together. Donations are welcome and there is also an abundance of tea and chat.
This meditation completely changed my life in a gentle and soothing way and is the greatest gift that we can share with others and we look forward to meeting every one of you no matter what walk of life you are from, age, race religion whatever, if you are human this is for you!

SY yoga center is the most amazing place to learn to meditate. The center is run by volunteers, who have first hand experience of the unprecedented benefits of Sahaja Yoga meditation , are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about it and mostly it is not a money-making operation behind it. It is a free community service.
I am grateful for their services to Sheffield people and North of England at large.
Thank you very much guys for the great job.

If you want to experience true meditation when your mind switches off spontaneously and without any effort this meditation is for you. If you want to rediscover childhood wonder and contentment this is the place where it is possible. If you want to release the hidden potential within it can happen as it has to thousands of people around the world who practise this meditation on daily basis and whose lives have been transformed.
We are giving this knowledge and experience totally free of charge as we are only facilitating your own natural capacity for inner peace in this constantly changing and stressful world.

The centre is truly a National Meditation Centre as the signs leading to it say. You know, we have our true family of yogis and this relationship is the highest any human can have with another. From Obi.
